Robin Hoods Well is a historic mid 1800’s property located in the beautiful country side of Sassafras, North West Tasmania.
The farmstay cottages are situated on 60 acres of pasture and nature reserves.
The main homestead where the hosts live was built in 1860's. The cottage is called Long Johns cottage as it was a seperate workers hut at one stage then dragged up the valled to sit where it is today. Lots of history in this place.
The other farm accommodation is a Garden studio which, like it states, sits amongst the gardens but has the ultimate views of the valley & water.
We have 3 more exciting accommodation units to grandly open in March 2018. The Blue stone barn is being converted to 3 studio apartments boasting valted ceilings, huge living area and King size beds. Amongst these new units will be our deluxe unit facing north, with private patio decking area which includes a jacuzzi & BBQ outdoor living.
The whole farm is open to guests for bush walking and we can certainly arrange a farm tour with handling animals and harvesting food.
